President, Chicago Chapter, Les Dames d'Escoffier

"Thank you for the unique learning experience you created for our board of directors with the Myers Briggs workshop you conducted. I know that every single member of the board who participated was enriched by the experience.

Many of us had already had the individual experience of Myers Briggs, but the group dynamics analysis you created brought the insight to a whole new level. You are a gifted facilitator and clearly and expert at the craft of interpretation to bring this to life as you did at our meeting."

Steve Griesbach
Superintendent, Gower School District 62

"Thirty percent of our leadership team was new to our school district. We wanted to accelerate the building of team norms and collaboration so we participated in a Meyers-Briggs workshop with Jeanne McInerney. The time we spent learning about ourselves and teammates was a great investment and, and more importantly, allowed us to become more effective leaders in our schools and school district.

The day with Jeanne was fascinating as we learned about our own strengths and "blind spots". The experience of cooking together provided all of us with a tangible understanding of how our personality characteristics play out in everyday tasks and interactions. We continually refer back to the day and the insights we gained. Overall, the day was a "home run" for all of us and our organization."

Executive Director, Foundation,
Little Company of Mary Hospitals and Health Care Centers

"The Foundation staff at Little Company of Mary Hospital Foundation had been working together as a productive team for a few years without any significant staff turnover. But like every well-functioning team, we can always learn to communicate better. Having numerous past experiences with the Myers-Briggs, I thought an exploration of this survey would offer the team new insights into where their natural communication preferences lay, why others may communicate differently, and how they can communicate more effectively. Jeanne's skilled and unassuming "take- you-as-you-are" presentation style was truly an asset and immediately put the team at ease, allaying any fears about the process. Her down-to-earth, hands-on approach was instantly engaging - offering both real-life examples and experiences to which everyone in the group could relate. Everyone on the team participated, and had a grand time in doing so!

Particularly interesting was the group dynamic process: where, as a group, our strengths dominated and where opportunities to grow were identified. We knew we worked well as a team, but now we had greater insight as to why we did so, and directions we needed to take to move to the next level. The word of our group experience spread, and now other departments in our organization want the same experiences for their teams. Bravo, Jeanne! We'll be back to dive deeper in the future!"
