Basic Workshop

This seminar describes the development and uses of the Myers-Briggs Personality Preference Assessment. The basic MBTI will be administered to the participants beforehand and the results distributed along with a profile of how the entire group most likely functions as a work-group.

The facilitator will include strategies for utilizing strengths and suggestions for improved team communication and cohesiveness.

Advanced Workshop

Explores the connection between your Myers-Briggs Personality Preferences and the various ways people deal with conflict. This workshop employs the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Assessment along with an advanced version of the Myers-Briggs to create a clear picture of how you and your team interact, revealing both strengths and blind-spots.

Moving forward from this workshop, your team will be able to depersonalize conflict and work more effectively together.
